Services

Counsel without compromise.

Our advisory practice is structured around three disciplines. Each is available independently or as part of an integrated engagement.

01

Strategic Advisory

For principals navigating decisions of consequence — acquisitions, exits, restructurings, succession, and the moments where the stakes are too high for conventional counsel.

  • Business strategy and competitive positioning
  • M&A advisory and transaction structuring
  • Succession and ownership transition
  • Board and governance advisory
  • Stakeholder and counterparty negotiation
02

Capital & Structure

Guidance on how capital is held, deployed, and protected across generations. We work at the intersection of business ownership, personal wealth, and long-horizon planning.

  • Capital allocation and portfolio architecture
  • Holding structure and entity design
  • Family office formation and governance
  • Liquidity planning and wealth transition
  • Coordination with legal and tax counsel
03

Private Counsel

A standing advisory relationship for clients who require ongoing access to senior judgment — available on a retained basis to a select number of principals.

  • Ongoing strategic sounding board
  • Confidential review of major decisions
  • Introductions within a curated network
  • Coordination across advisors and institutions
  • Available on a retained or project basis

How we work

Engagements are structured around the client, not the firm.

We do not offer packaged services or standardised deliverables. Every engagement begins with a conversation — one that is unhurried and without obligation.

Work is scoped to the specific need, priced transparently, and led personally by the firm's principals. We do not subcontract, delegate to junior staff, or operate on commission.

Retainer relationships are available for clients who benefit from ongoing access. These are limited in number and reviewed annually.

The first conversation is always complimentary.

We will tell you plainly whether we are the right fit — and if not, who might be.
